Does everyone else read this part to say that only the last three of 12 purchases would get 100%? (Unlike the 250% bonus that gave for all purchases once the threshold was met).
Bonus miles will be awarded to registered Dividend Miles members as a percentage of total miles earned from qualifying partners via a tiered structure. Tier structure is as follows:
Qualifying Activity 1 – 3 = 25% bonus miles
Qualifying Activity 4 – 6 = 50% bonus miles
Qualifying Activity 7 – 9 = 75% bonus miles
Qualifying Activity 10 – 12 = 100% bonus miles

I think you can do a bunch of dining, where the $50 minimum doesn't appear to apply. The question in my mind is how careful about positioning purchases 10-12 one will need to be. I don't want to order bad wine and overpriced flowers, and possibly computer software or whatever that is that Webroot sells, to no good end.
And, will they add partners before the end of the promotion, as they have in the past. Right now, nothing approaches the track it back award, but that may be too much to wish for in any event....

There are a number of $3.99 eBooks on the SkyMall. I've ordered a couple (in separate transactions) for $4.23 total with tax and there are no shipping charges. Since I was buying Administrative Assistants' day and Mothers' day flowers anyway, I should net about 5K extra miles for going through the trouble of spending around $34.00 on the eBooks.

The link for the Vinesse Wine Club is finally working: http://www2.vinesse.com/usairmdg0413/?
Unfortunately, it'll be over $100 to earn the 5K miles so high mileage earning might be restricted to flower orders.
And now you can collect 5,000 miles as you savor hand-selected shipments of limited-production wines. Your first shipment of 6 wines is $41.94 (that's 50% off) with only 1˘ shipping.
You'll receive 2,000 miles with your first shipment, 3,000 miles with your second shipment and 5 miles for every dollar spent on all other wine club shipments and orders.
Also, as a thank you, you'll receive a 6-piece Wine tote in your third shipment — a $37.95 value.
Each month, you'll receive a new shipment of 6 captivating wines at just $12-$15 per bottle (plus delivery).

I just heard back from USDM:
"We appreciate your interest in our current Spring Retail promotion. Bonus miles will be awarded on eligible purchases up to and including your 12th purchase.
But keep in mind purchases above and beyond that will still earn the current mileage being offered by the individual partner."
So after that 12th purchase, no bonus.

This still doesn't clarify for me if you get the 100% bonus on all twelve or not. It says bonus miles apply but would that be a 25% bonus for the first 3 purchases, then 50%, then 75% etc. or 100% on all (if you do 12)?

Pretty bad of US. If you do a bunch of dining, then a huge 800 flowers to get bonus, but by some chance a 12th dining posting before the 800 flowers, you will be out of luck.

I'm going to ask for clarification on that, but I'd bet that only the 10-12 purchases get the 100% bonus.

Ditto - 3 at 25%, 3 at 50%, 3 at 75% and 3 at 100%. But here's the thing - this was all on Audience Rewards quizzes so zero dollars. I've got bonuses of 1 pt for the 25% - 50% level and 2 pts for the 75% and 100% levels. Who knew? If I had guessed that would be the case, I would have stopped at the 50% or 75% threshold and then may have actually shopped at the mall to get something with a higher bonus.

Well I'm pretty confused by this promo - it's like a double storefront points promo but only if you make 12+ purchases? I assume there is no sweet spot where you can buy something for the sake of it but still receive miles for less than the 100% buy bonus miles price?
