Call the Silver number. They will tell you if you are indeed Gold.

Sorry chudd - there's pretty much the ol' rule on FT that we do not post the elite reservations numbers. It's a longstanding unwritten rule that seems to pretty much be followed.

That being said, if you're still receiving a written statement from US for your DivMiles, the elite number for your tier will be on the bottom of the statement. Otherwise, call the Dividend Miles Service Center, and they'll be able to give you that number once they verify your status.

I understand, if you call the silver number their computer is smart enough to direct you to the gold preferred line.

I just made silver but don't have any number. Is there a place to find this number (I know you can't give it to me ).

Just call the regular number. I just did this the other day and transferred me to the CP desk. When I moved from Silver to Gold, I also asked for the phone number to call directly and they had no problem giving it out.
