I'm not doing this right now, I'd rather save the opportunity for when it may count for a promotion like the Grand Slam promotion that has run the past two years.

Surely that just means you can't request multiple 500 points for the same DM account, not that you/your family can't request points for a number of different accounts in different names (whether or not in one envelope)?

Exactly...all the people I'm giong to do this for have their own DM #s.
