Elite Bonus for DM Shopping Mall / Gift & Share Miles
I don't recall seeing this posted previously, but I'm pretty sure this was not around during the recent 250% partner bonus promotion or 100% gift & share bonus, basically now we get elite bonuses for the DM Shopping Mall as well as Gift & Share miles.
25%/50%/75%/100% Elite Bonus for DM Shopping Mall
25% Elite Bonus for Gift & Share Miles
The terms & conditions for both state they are valid through February 28, 2011.

Just like the elite bonus we get on flights doesn't count towards elite status.I don't believe there is, looks like it should be automatic.

FWIW, the "purchased" miles appeared immediately in the recipient's account, the 25% "bonus" haven't shown up yet (I was topping off Mom's account to get her a ticket to Florida). Will update when they show up.
