How to contact support desk?
It has been suggested in another thread that one can contact the support desk to have a city pair added to USAir's computer system. I would like a JNB-LVI (Livingstone, Zambia) ticket and, though operated and marketed by SA, the flight cannot be seen by US agents. I have called the CP desk and they could not help.
So, how does one contact the support desk? I suggested to the CP desk that maybe this was an issue for the support desk and that didn't get me anywhere. Is there a direct line to the support desk or do I need to keep calling the CP line until someone is willing to transfer me?
