Update- The last supervisor I spoke with on Sunday evening was going to escalate and was supposed to call me back yesterday, Monday. No phone call. I will call back again today and have sent an email to [email protected] with hope that this will be dealt with by the right person.

Update - I finally got this resolved after 8 phone calls. The original supervisor I spoke with last Sunday called me back and we spent 2 hours going over options.
The original routing on the return was all business / first:
GRJ-JNB SA
JNB-ADD ET
ADD-FCO ET
FCO-PHL US (US719 no longer on schedule)
PHL-SEA US
In the end, we are all business / first:
GRJ-JNB SA
JNB-ADD ET
ADD-FCO ET
FCO-ATH A3 stopover in ATH
ATH-FRA A3
FRA-PHL US
PHL-SEA US
While not perfect, we will now have a stopover in ATH rather than FCO, which is great for us. The supervisor admitted this has more segments than allowed.
