Which lounge do I get access to in FCO?

A while back, I booked two business class tickets on a US Airways flight via United prior to the AA-US merger for FCO-CLT (and on to ATL). Which lounge, if any, will we have access to?

OneWorld lounges (for US):
Alitalia

OneWorld lounges (other):
British
Le Anfore

StarAlliance lounges (for United):
Le Anfore
Flight Care

...something else?

Color me confused... sigh.

As American Airlines and US Airways are still operating as distinct airlines, this question is being moved to the appropriate pre-merger airline forum.

Please note the sticky at the top of the consolidated thread which is titled PLEASE READ ME BEFORE POSTING! Welcome to the New American Airlines Forum!. With all of the changes about, it is important to know where to post, and reading that thread before posting (as the title suggests ) will help get you in the right place.

Since you are flying business on US, you should be able to get access to.

ADR LeAnfore Lounge

and

British Airways Executive Club Lounge

- I didn't check ADR LeAnfore Lounge, but BA lounge is a very basic one. Cheap wine/alcohol, coffee and potato chips + few other basic food items I do not even remember after my visit in the end of June. Perhaps, the most bare-bone BA lounge I have ever visited.
Still better than waiting for your flight in the terminal.

Three weeks ago when we flew from FCO to CLT we were told at check-in that the lounge we were to use was the LeAnfore.
