Where can I apply retro credit (new member)
My sister took her kid on US flights two days ago, he is not registered to any FFP's yet since he very recently turned 2. I was originally going to go for BA since he won't fly much and a low balance household account would be the best option for them, but BA will not retro credit a flight that was flown prior to joining. Do I have any options for him?
