Award on hold - No confirmation Number

Award on hold - No confirmation Number
I was on a call with US airways reservations.
They put together an itinerary, and she mentioned she put it on hold for 72 hrs.
Unfortunately we got cut off as she was building the 2nd passenger.
I did not get a confirmation number.
I called another agent, and he said he can't pull it up via the dividend miles number.
The seat I wanted is now missing. Any way to find out what this confirmation number is?

Have you tried Travel Tools>Manage Flights?

If you know the flight number/date - ask them to look it up that way. A good agent would have put "something" on hold, knowing you would likely call back immediately...
