Arrival lounge in Dublin?

Does anyone know if there is an arrivals lounge with shower facilities in Dublin? Thanks!

Any experience with day rooms at hotels around DUB? I've done a bit of poking around, but any words from experience would be appreciated. I've got an afternoon connection to SXL and would rather get a decent shower/nap than head into Dublin/crash at the airport on little sleep.

Nothing in particular - I do know that the Crowne Plaza is quite nice, and does day rooms. It has a shuttle to/from the airport also, so it might be worth checking out.

Dublin, Ireland (DUB) Carlton Dublin Airport Hotel can be used as an arrival lounge. Must book in advance I believe.
