If people are worried that 4 purchases made at FTD at the same time would count as 4 transactions, thereby putting them at 10+ in purchases, wouldn't it be easier to just make 8-9 separate TIB purchases and cut it short.
TIB miles post the quickest anyway.

Hi guys
This thread is getting really long allready, I tried to read through alot of it, have some questions. I hope you will forgive me if they have been asked allready.
I will be making my purchases tomorrow. Did two allready today. One from FTD and one from Sears.
A few questions. Since I only have a foreign creditcard, which web sites are the best for that to shop? Shipping goes to a friend in the US, billing is out of the USA. FTD took foreign cards, sears I dont know yet if it went through.
Is there a shop, that screw up on the transaction date and that i should avoid so late into the promotion?
Any advice for me, that i have to be careful with so late.
Another quick question if i did this right. When I clicked on the sears link, it gave me the skymall webpage. From there I klicked on the sears link. I bought a gift card. I didnt have to enter any details from my US airways account by checkout, will the miles still cretid?
Thanks fot all your help. Lets hope it will work in march

I don't know about the foreign cards.
None of the shops have been particularly late in these months, according to reports.
It's likely better if you shop at stores in the Dividend Miles mall that are known to post with unique names. Barnes and Noble does, for instance.
I will suggest Gaiam. Gaiam posts with a unique identifier. Since you buy a tree donation in a non-American land for $2, there's no shipping and it might be easier. But I don't know.
At the Shopping Mall, you should have entered your DM number and password. Then click on start shopping. Go straight through, buy, and checkout - don't close the browser or anything. That will make proper credit more likely.

Does anyone know which credit card (AMEX, MC, Visa) don't have a foreign transaction fee associated with them when ordering from TIB? Is a foreign transaction fee being added because TIB is not charging the card in US dollar? I'd really like to avoid paying any additional fee.

That is 5k total! - 700k miles at that. I have a feeling that the zimbabwe of miles will soon be US and not DL at this rate. Though I am tempted by the cost of my recent upgrade, I keep reality in place; is this like AOL in 2000 or Tulips in the 16th century?
My only advice would be to burn soon and do NOT keep these for your grand children as an inheritance.

the zimbabwe of miles
Hopefully Dividend Miles won't experience that much inflation. I'm in for 280k miles so far, but thinking about going for the holy grail of 1M.
