If the migration went well, there would have been no delays. It should have been taken care of BEFORE the migration.

I can't comment on the A320's as I've not flown on them but internal rumors on the HP side (from pilots etc) have nothing positive to say about long term outlook - and many markets are downgauging when they used to fly just as many real jets with decent loads..

On the topic, AA uses behind the last row of F storage for coats as well. It's not great, but it's not horrible either. That one, while slightly inconvenient isn't such a big deal.
