Reissue fee
I cancelled a non refundable ticket, there were two passengers on this ticket. I can use cancelled tickets funds to buy new US tickets. The reissue fee is $100. Is this fee per passenger?

Yes it is $100 change fee per passenger. You may ask for a CSD to waive this but good luck but like I always say...never hurt to try ^

If the new ticket is cheaper, they will not refund the difference and still charge $100 per ticket. Of course if the new ticket is higher, they will charge the difference in addition to the $100.
