Does US honour the MSC's bag fee waivers?
I'm flying ATH-LHR-CLT-PHL-LHR with the first leg on A3 and the rest on US. According to my ticket receipt, A3 is the carrier whose rules determine my baggage allowance, and I get 1x23kg. As an A3*G, I should get an additional 23kg. When I check in at PHL for the return, would US honour that?

No. Any additional allowance offered to its members by A3 is not part of the ticketed allowance and not applicable to US
