Alaska Mileage Accrual?

Alaska Mileage Accrual?
If I book on USAir since they are AA now can I have my miles go to my Alaska account?

Flights operated by US Airways are not eligible for mileage accrual.

Trying to save myself a headache on a phone call, but is it possible to now book an AS flight using US miles over the phone? And if not now, do you think it ever will be? Trying to decide how to spend my US miles.

There are people here who know the answer to the first question*, but I'm not one of them. After Q2 and the FFP merge, AA miles can be used for awards including AS.
* the US partners award chart does not show AS, so I'm guessing the answer for now is "no".

Thanks. I can use my AA miles now for AS flights, so I was hoping that since you can now use US miles to book AA flights, that it would include AS as a AA partner. I think I am hoping for too much though.
