Changing frequent flyer number on award ticket

Will have to wait until online checkin opening then? I think for some reason, Finnair does not allow to change USDM number to QFF number at all - for USDM award ticket. I did it in the past for revenue tickets, but have not tried for award tickets until now.

I made a BA Avios award reservation flying on Cathy Pacific from DEL to HKG.
I am trying to change/update my BA frequent flier number to my AA Platinum frequent flier number on my Cathy Pacific flight via finnair.com or qatarairways.com, but it will not allow me to make the change. Does anyone know why?

I deleted my BA # at the time of booking, but it did not matter, it is still on the booking anyway.
I tried the USairways site but there is no option I can see to change my information.
I tried the Finnair site in two different browsers but the Manage Booking page is always a blank screen with no option to enter in any info to check a flight.
I tried the Qatar site but there is no option except (1.) enter a booking reference and Last Name; or (2.) enter a Privilege Number and Password.
Option 1 doesn't work because it doesn't recognize US Airways confirmation #s.
Any suggestions / tips?
