besides flying-ways to get PQM?
I just looked through the t$c's of the credit card and I'm not seeing the 10k pqm after 20k spend? Are they still doing that?

Not lately. Every once in a while there will be a double PQM miles promo but these have generally been few and far between and route specific. I think they'd rather see people buy up to the next status level, which a fair number seem to do.
