Need your Preferred phone number? Here it is:
If you need your Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Chairman's Preferred phone number, here is how to get it without waiting for snail-mail delivery of your welcome kit and plastic card.
1. Call whatever number you have for US Airways and ask them to pull your account, see your Preferred level and then ask for the phone #.
2. Call whatever number you have for US Airways and ask them to transfer you to your appropriate Preferred desk and ask them for the number.
3. Send an email to Silver@, Gold@, Platinum@ or Chairmans@ USAirways.com with your DM# and ask for it.

Or you can do what I've always done. I have a number programmed into my phone - it corresponds to whenever I last updated my contact list, so it's probably the CP number. When it asks you for your DM number, punch it in. You'll be routed to the proper agents.
I've used the same CP number through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and CP over the last several years and always end up in the right place without needing to chase a number and update my phone every year (or every 4 months as I went GLD->SLV->GLD->PLT in the last 12 months).
