The tradition continues - Mid-Year Check in
I've noticed over the last couple of years that a number of FT traditions have gone by the wayside.
I think as the poor economy continues many long time FT'ers just don't fly as much or don't have the time to post here.
So, I've taken it upon myself to continue one tradition; the mid-year check in. This is a time to brag about great sucess and a time to whine about a fall from grace.
So, I'll start.
PQM's 92,830 on 52 segments
Two flights on AC in Tango where I only got 1/2 miles (both BOS-PVG); would have had another 16K
One trip on Icelandair to LHR (couldn't use my certs on any routing or dates on US in the Winter, got pissed and flew Icelandair) no mile credit would have been about 12k more
Flying tomorrow PVG-LAX-BOS, so I'll make CP again tomorrow.
So, how about everyone else?

10.5k and 9 segments. Will have 18k by the end of June and have an outside shot at Gold with the 10k MC bonus and a Trans Atlantic from PHX.

58,331 PQMs. Should be in line to do roughly 100-105k this year as usual, barring any promos like DEQMs or dare I say ... HSJ ... or even FTD? haha.

My calendar still has another month to go until mid-year, so I'll wait until then to report.

11k PQM's and 12 segments.. flight next week, a TATL in August and several departmental trips in the Fall... so I should be on track for Silver in 2013, possibly Gold if I get my TPAC to Oz in November.

Not mid yr yet
Chairman 77751 miles and 22 segments
But I will be shooting for PP or 1k on UA as well and that means not too much more after 100k / CP.
If I had planned it better I would have focused all on UA and then tried next year back on US. I may not meet one of them this year.

37,768 PQMs on 30 segments
85,698 RDMs (CC bonus + dining/shopping)
Still trying to decide if I"m going to buy up to gold for the GS, probably only have 2x NYC-FLL left this year.

Lifetime Silver with 1.9m BIS miles....but so far this year 0 miles and 0 segments on US. Since I get nothing more on US for flying 2m BIS miles, I defected to UA last year and made 1K. So far this year I've flown 78,000 miles and 54 segments on UA and will make 1K for 2013 by end of month. if AA and US merge, I will have 2.6m miles on the new AA and I'll be back, provided they keep the current Advantage Lifetime benefits.

Welcome to FlyerTalk, bkoehler ^ (and I like the BBQ in PGV )
As for me, 47k + PQMs and 36 segments so far. With about 60k PQMs more already booked, I'm set to requalify. Probably my last time as Chairman's; with merger clouds looming, I'm not sure this old dog can learn new tricks in a new AA.

66050 PQM with 23 segments, still have several trips to Asia and Europe this year so CP not a problem, may jump to UA after 100K to try for status with them.
