I did PHX-ORD with tailwinds the other night. 2 hours 57 in the air. Fortunately I was upgraded and in 1C so nobody leaning into me. I slept about half the flight, enough to drive home without killing somebody. I slept soundly when I got home, but my sleep pattern is messed up and I was up until 4am yesterday.
My other redeye this year was SEA-MIA, which is nearly twice as long. That was in F, but in the uncomfortable AA 738 with the original bad seats. By comparison, the 321 was a dream.
