Lounge Certificate

I seem to have lost my lounge certificate that comes with my Visa credit card. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement and if so how.

Most of these have a note in the T&C that states lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Unfortunately, loosing one of these is like loosing a $10 bill out of your wallet.

The T&C at the back of the Complimentary Day Pass is silent on this, but it says so in the T&C of the accompanying Companion Cert ...
