I think the mags is a great one, no dollar cost. I actually did order a neck pillow from Skymall but something went awry and it did not trigger the DM miles so I called them and they are trying to cancel the order. If they can cancel then I will reorder, doing it the right way, if not then I will ask them to manually post the miles (which I hope will still be a hit). I also did an order with 800Flowers but they posted miles before the start date and the CSR was nice enough to credit me back for the purchase. I'm probably the first customer to complain they posted too fast instead of too slow. I might reorder something else from them if others are getting fast posting miles like I did. Do the Audience Rewards free miles count as a hit? The ones for answering the quizes which have answers found all over the net.

Really dumb question from a newbie: How do you check if the *hits* posted? Do you get an email or is in your DM account?

1) Audience Rewards Poetry Slam -- $12.50
2) Biscoff Spread (was going to buy anyway, so I count this as $0) -- free
3) Buy US Airways miles (20K; was going to only buy 1K for the hit, but the bonus promo was too good to pass up) -- $296
4) Shopping Mall iTunes app (do purchases under $1 count?) - $0.99
5) Money Magazine -- -800 miles
6) 3 Toolbar searches -- free
7) Skymall -- $13
8) 4AA miles --> 1DM mile -- free
9) ThanksAgain Restaurant.com - $1
10) TrackitBack.com - $25
11) US Airways Mastercard -- free for first year + 40K miles
12) US Airways BofA Debit Card -- $30 + 3K miles

$378 for 12 hits (15K) and over 60K in other miles = 75K miles so fa (most of that was the purchasing of miles, but since my goal is an expensive award, buying that much made sense for now). Not bad for having started at 0.

Have 2 hotel stays coming up during the promo; will transfer SPG + IHG points this week; will have enough e-Miles by next week; don't have e-Rewards for US but can top off HHonors points to transfer; have 2 special birthdays coming up for 1800Flower/FTD in September.

A lot of songs are $1.29 on iTunes, so I just picked one of those.

Both. You can also find this info in the promo Rules and FAQs pages (you can find links to both from the promo registration page). I'd suggest reading those, if you haven't done so already, to help familiarize yourself with various aspects of the promo.

For thanks again, would applying the promo code for restaurant.com gift certs count? I thought I read somewhere that promo codes invalidated hits?

21 hits so far. Too tired to continue. Others can wait a day or two.

Can you post exactly how they are listed in your account activity?

What time (and time zone) did you purchase miles? Perhaps the transaction date is captured from one time zone (Points.com) and the posting date is captured from another time zone (USAirways.com)
