united.com wants to charge 1K $19 for bulkhead seat
I just booked a 757 flight on a PS route and United.com wants to charge me $19 to have a seat assignment in the bulkhead row.
Huh?!

This happened to me twice in the last two or three months trying to get into row 15 on PS. A simple, quick call resolved it both times, and the agents had no idea why it was showing up with the $19 charge.

Jeff said that SHARES was better at capturing incremental revenue.
Maybe this is what he was talking about.

Remember Jeff said one of the reasons they went with SHARES was for it's "dynamic" pricing capabilities. Maybe the 2013 MP program, starting early, only has two tiers. GS and everyone else.
