Official IAH Mini-DO/FFG Charity Event March 31 2012
The first Official IAH Mini-DO/Frequent Flyer Giving(FFG) Charity Event has been rescheduled to Saturday, March 31. Please post your availability here!
For those of you unfamiliar with a mini-DO, its a gathering of frequent flyers generally over a meal. The FFG directors host these events as a way for people to have a fun time, meet others, and donate to UACO WeCare. We generally have special guests, but these cannot be guaranteed.
11:30am @ the Houston Racquet Club (10709 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX)
$65/person inclusive of food and drinks
3 Course Menu with Wine Pairings
Roasted Three Pepper Tamale filled with Lobster, tossed in Salsa Verde, with Micro Watercress Beet Salad, Green Tomato-Cilantro Vinaigrette
Toasted Cumin scented Corn Water
Char smoked Beef Tenderloin stuffed with Chicken-Chorizo Sausage
Braised and pulled Ox Tail Chocolate Mole Spring Roll
Sun-Choke Roasted Root Vegetable and Bean Hash
Sundried Morita, Chipotle and Serrano Demi Glace
Coconut Crčme –Mango Crčme Brulee Torte
Tropical Fresh Relish

It's in Community too.
Glad this date is working out better for more people. We'll announce the location once I get a reasonable headcount (need this to reserve and talk pricing with locations).
