oh, dear gawd, this is frustrating. glad it's not just me (in hawaii) but haven't been able to load my itineraries this morning (8/1), nor have i been able to price a new itinerary i'm interested in. takes forever to get anything but the front page to load, and subsequent pages may not load at all.
i'm all for the 'new' site, but for pete's sake, folks, let's get it working.

tried a second ago in Firefox and the site was messed up with the login overlapping the announcements. Now looks better but getting the same error as everyone else when trying to log in.
After getting the email from UA this morning about the fall fare sale, I immediately logged on to ual.com to try to book a couple of trips.
And found out -- website's down! Again.
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
When will the powers that be at UA realize the unreliability and poor design of their website are having a real effect on customer satisfaction and revenue. Just look at how many posts on here are gripes about the website - including the recurrent threads about having to pay $15 to make reservations over the phone because ual.com can't do what it's supposed to.
