I am a new Premier Executive Mileage Plus member. I have not yet received my membership card. Could someone please post the Premier Exec. phone number. The regular mileage plus number has huge hold times. Thanks
The consensus here is that all the phone numbers (except maybe UGS) go to the same computer initially, and it is your MP number that you key in that determines where your call gets routed. And there are long waits for everyone today because of the weather. See 47 Minute Hold on 1K Line!
I have been experiencing hold times of more than 90 minutes. It's interesting, that the recorded message said I would have hold time of 1 minute, but have now been holding for 34 minutes. Thankfully, I have speaker phone. The web site doesn't show the change I made to my award travel so I can't access the seat map. Any suggestions?

Just a note that it is FlyerTalk policy to not post elite phone numbers. As noted above, however, your MP number should get you routed correctly ... but because of the weather-related flight problems long hold times are to be expected today.
unless what you are doing HAS to be done today, wait a day.... or two.... there are lots of folks stuck places due to weather, so the agents will be both busy and a touch frazzled today....
Actually, I have been calling Mileage Plus, not the normal rreservation system, and I have been experiencing huge hold times all week, even before the weather system hit the Northeast. I am suprised to here that the agents at Mileage Plus would be used to deal with noraml rreservation issues

Welcome to FT! Mileage Plus has nothing to do with normal reservations; only award ticketing and issues with your Mileage Plus account. As others have said - this week with the weather problems have been issues with res agents. If you're not travelling today or tomorrow perhaps you should use ual.com or just wait to call? I've also found good luck in calling late at night PST (after midnight).
