Instead of cluttering up this board with yet another sticky, why not make a link to this thread within the existing United FAQs sticky?? That seems to be the trend for the dozens of threads on this board that have been deemed sticky-worthy...

This can still be done by moderators, at a later point. Threads can be "un-stickyed" and put back in the general populace.

Once this thread matures (with additional germane postings), then a link to it can be placed in the FAQ's sticky. This is a good way for a potential long-term valuable thread to get a lot of attention, and then be found months from now easily.

On UA's website, they're currently offering 17,500 miles for getting their Visa card (after making the first purchase.) I'm about to apply but want to make sure there are no better offers. Yes, I know 17,500 miles is a GREAT offer but I thought, not long ago, I heard about a 20,000 mile offer. Can anyone tell me if there's currently a 20,000 mile offer out there? I think I checked all the links in this thread but there's always a chance I overlooked it. Thanks!

I think this should remain a stickey, as many do not monitor the UA site daily. There probably be a number of important additions to the UA site later in the summer, when UA offers D & Z business fares, for example.
I once tried to find all these sites by changing the HTML number. Gave up after about 100 sites, as my real life got in the way.

Thank you EPS.

The deals slow down in the summer as UA deals with full planes and $1000+ NYC-LHR fares. The deals will begin to show up as UA has under 50% load factors, and under $400 fares NYC to LHR sink in. Usually takes them a month to realize that the planes are not full.
