Great. Even though UA clearly hasn't protected themselves as they should by not limiting this code for flights to whatever destination the conference is in, they may not need to, because if FT'ers keep doing things like this, in the future, UA probably will just not bother giving discount codes for conferences anymore.
I understand that we all want to get a ticket for as little as we can, but when did people do this at the expense of any sort of ethical judgements? On second thought, forget it, I don't even want to know the answer. Anyone using this code that isn't going to the conference should be ashamed of themselves.
There are a lot of these types of codes out there on the internet (i didn't know this until reading this thread however). A little googling has found a number of 5% dicount codes, nothing more than that though.

Be careful with something like this... if you're not part of the conference, you may have to pay the difference when it comes to be flight time... of course, that's probably less than a 20-spot in most cases
