Does the UA IFL still offer h20+ kits? They've been removed from the RCC (in favor of generic garbage), but are they still provided in the IFL?

I'll let you know tomorrow what the RCC is giving. It was Murad when I was through NRT a week before the ground shook Japan. I remember reading recently that no kits were being given for the RCC showers now.

Walked to the shower desk at the RCC and was assigned a room. When i inquired about a shower kit she just said, 'in the room.'

In the supply closet, which was open, there were baskets of blue and brown kits and each shower room already came equiped with a Murad kit.

I don't know if they recently got a new shipment or what, but there are kits as of today.

Awesome. I was so fed up with the generic crap they were putting in the rooms as late as summer 2011.

Bump

I will be in NRT end of OCT with Mrs. B for a long layover and would like to know if there have been any recent changes to IFLs of ANA or UA.

Does time of day matter for crowds? Does either one have a sleeping/resting room?

Also, which one is a better place to watch the planes come and go?!?

Thanks!

The ANA lounge mostly overlooks the ANA gates, and IIRC, you can see the LH A380 boarding.

The IFL had a nice view of the UA gates, as well as one of the runways. Got to watch the A380 depart

There are two ANA First lounges. One is upstairs near the 40's gates in the same wing as the United gates (ANA business is downstairs). The one by the 50's gates is on the same floor as the ANA business. First class lounge is to the right, business lounge to the left.

Both ANA first suite lounges are pretty much the same, but the one by the 40's gates is closer.

But the IFL by gate 40s are much smaller, with less than half the size compare to the one by gate 50s, it maybe crowded with late afternoon departures with all the SQ/TG/UA flights nearby.
