50% bonus to Hawaii (Hawaii Fall Bonus Offer – MPD698)

Haven't seen this posted. Not targeted (though when I try to register, I get stuck in a ual.com loop).

Bonus good on all fares.

Holy cow - does anyone know if this is targeted or good for 'all'?

This in combination with the low fares from the east coast (namely WAS), could be a BIG opportunity to get loads of RDMs!

Interesting. Any clue as to whether the 50% bonus applies only on the segments to/from HI, or to the whole itins?

Doesn't seem like a very clearly spelled out promo....

This might sound like a really stupid question, but do I have to have purchased my ticket within those dates as long as I fly within the specified travel dates?

Appears good for all, shows up in the standard listing of UA promotions
Home > Mileage Plus > Earn miles > Mileage Plus promotions > Promotions: Airlines

I got the endless loop, too, when I tried to register. Then I read the fine print in the T&C, and oddly, it says Registration requirement: No registration required.

The funny part is, I just got back from HNL and today I received a mysterious deposit of 2,300 or so miles into my account which would be about 50% of my SFO-HNL roundtrip.

To qualify for 50% additional miles, members must purchase and fly qualifying roundtrip to or from Hawaii and the mainland Untied States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Island.
Hmm... "Untied States", only one US Virgin Island?

That might be the retro crediting to recoup for less-than-500 mile trips...the topping-up just started.

Within the registration period listed on the promo. The only other thing I can think of is that the miles are possibly the back dating of additional miles due to the fact that UA reinstated that 500 mile minimum.
