United Mileage Plus First Card Visa

Does anybody know if they still have that 5,000 miles-- no annual fee for 6 months deal?

The annual fee, according to that web site, is $60.

I have the MP Visa Gold, which used to be $100 for non-premiers and $60 for premiers (the same price as the MP Visa regular). But with the advent of the MP Visa Platinum, perhaps that is now outdated and they only sell the Platinum now.

For me, $60 is way worth it for upwards of 25,000 miles per year. I've had an airline affinity card for about 4 years.

If you have to pay the annual fee then WAIT for 10K miles offer. I believe 5K miles offer is the usual bonus...

If you are a PE or 1K there is no mileage limit. I earned over 70,000 miles on it last year.

I have some United First Card referral cards I could send to people... it's a promotion that allows you to get 5,000 miles for up to 3 referrals.

Your friend will get 5,000 miles and a certificate for a companion ticket.

It doesn't say anything about what the annual fee is...

I no longer have the card but I could e-mail or send you what I have so you can use them to benefit... I don't think you need the card but I could fax a copy to people...
