Ticket counter hours at IAH?
 
A friend of mine is flying on a UA ticket drawn from my account (MP award) but on AC metal. He has lost the ticket. UA said not a problem, go to the airport and they can reissue the ticket for $100. (ouch). Does anyone know what the ticket counter hours are for IAH? I can't find it on the united.bomb website.

I found this on the website:

Houston, Texas, George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

* Ticket counter hours of operation: 5:15am-6:15pm
* Customers with checked baggage should arrive 90 minutes before flight departure (2 hours if traveling internationally)
* Security line information
o Peak Times: 5:00am-9:00am, 10:30am-12:30pm, 3:30pm-5:00pm
o Peak Days: Sunday, Monday mornings, Thursday afternoons, Friday, Saturday mornings
o Peak line wait: 5-10 minutes
o Off-peak line wait: 1-2 minutes
