There are no stated terms or dates on the offer - its just an add on the first page that pulls up that you click through. Now that you know the code, though, you can just go through the normal login and enter the code. I'm posting this from 9A on UA7 right now using it.
Just a note to iPhone and iPad users. The fedex code and such is on a second screen and only displayed with FLASH and therefore if u don't have the code in advance u won't be able to actually SEE it if you click on the link on the page.

Not sure who Mikey mouse on ua6 is but I can also confirm that GoGo was free on PS flights UA 809 and UA 25 this week. Having email on these flights sure does MAKEYOULOOKGOOD !!

I just meant about mikey mouse (since MICKEY MOUSE already had a login) was that I have never put in any real info or email into this system, with the promo codes, the fastest route without boxing out your own email address is the best.

Used the same code twice last week on May 20 and 21 and worked great. If you forget the code, you can get it by clicking on the link to the free offer promo on the log-in screen, and it will come up after a 30 second commercial.

just make sure you write down the code before if you are using an ipad or iphone or device that doesn't display FLASH VIDEO, you won't see the code or video otherwise.
