United Visa Double Miles for Tax Payments Promotion

I paid my taxes in April 2009 using my Chase United Visa Card in response to an offer for double bonus miles (up to 15k miles). To date, the double miles have not posted and the offer is no longer available on the website. Has anyone else had their bonus miles post under this offer? Also, can someone post the offer or T&C's so members can use it in following up to receive the bonus miles?

No, but it can't hurt to check the Miles Buzz and credit card forums just in case.
