Large Number of Passengers on Upgrade List
In the spirit of the amusing names on the upgrade/standby list (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...ions-here.html) thread,
I'd like to propose a consolidated thread where folks can post surprisingly large lists of passengers waiting for an upgrade. My most recent example is:
20SEP11. SFO-PDX. A320Q. 132 Y Seats.
F had checked in full and there were 57 names on the list awaiting upgrades. Nearly 50% of pax.
And operationally there was nothing unusual; i.e., no flights had been cancelled or delayed earlier or later in the day including to similar destinations such as EUG or SEA.
