Ticket counter hours at IAH?

Ticket counter hours at IAH?
A friend of mine is flying on a UA ticket drawn from my account (MP award) but on AC metal. He has lost the ticket. UA said not a problem, go to the airport and they can reissue the ticket for $100. (ouch). Does anyone know what the ticket counter hours are for IAH? I can't find it on the united.bomb website.

o Peak Days: Sunday, Monday mornings, Thursday afternoons, Friday, Saturday mornings
o Peak line wait: 5-10 minutes
o Off-peak line wait: 1-2 minutes
