No Credit?
I have a SIN trip coming up with an immediate turnaround( ORD-HKG-SIN-HKG-ORD ). For the SIN-HKG leg there is a message "Ineligible to accrue mileage or Premier qualifying credit." What's that all about? FWIW, I called the 1K line and the answer was "not to worry, credit would be given". Many times the United GPS would read things wrong, "happens all the time"

My partner and I are trying to book SYD-EWR-FSD-SYD award tickets separately covering 5 weeks in May/June 2017 so we will be on the same flights.
When she goes into the award booking site there are a huge amount of options on our preferred dates which allow her to complete the journey for 80k points.
When I go into the site the same options are not available. In fact there are virtually no saver options at all for those two months eg. they want 62.5k points just for the EWR-FSD leg!
The only difference I can see is that I have an account registered with an Australian address and my partner a USA one.
What are my options?
Wait?
or pay for the same flights once she has booked hers on points?
Thanks

if within 24 hours of original purchase you have carte blanche on ticket changes. Anything can be changed (assuming availability, note any change in fare is due).
Award or paid ticket -- for more see wiki of http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...on-policy.html

Nooby here booked my first award tickets for the misses and I, ITH-EWR-SFO in P on 12/28. Was not a standby booking.
Just trying to calm my ignorance here, have a ticket email with confirmation # - I assume I'm 100% good to go, but is there anything (outside of irops) that could bump us from our ticket?
I'm sorry if it's a dumb question just my first time.

You are good to go. Do you have seat assignments? That would further confirm your booking.
