This MM (Gold) who flew PS 5-7x r/t per year for years has received nothing. Considering I haven't received the new CEO letter, nor any other promos, it's not surprising in the least.

Important: Take note

This morning I found the email in a first filter Spam folder that I rarely check. Normally only Viagra ads and XXX messages go to this folder. This is the first time I've ever had a UAL message go to this folder.

So check your various junk/spam folders.

After October 24 those 757s will mostly be used on the ps route so they should be using larger planes TATL.

Four EWR TATL routes lose the 757 - MAD, HAM, AMS, and LHR goes from 3 767 and 2 757 to 4 767 and one 757. Eight destinations are still 757 only.

Out of SFO/LAX, I'd still rather connect in Europe instead of EWR. The LHR *A and FRA terminals where UA fly to from the US west coast are a much nicer experience than EWR.

Does UA really think premium LAX/SFO-JFK traffic is really going to go to EWR for a few more miles or a RPU?

FWIW I didn't get an email either.

My wife (Gold status) also got it. Wonder if that is because she was part of the targeted population (separate from me) or if we are on the same PNR when we travel west.

I was able on my 3rd call to get United to cancel my P/Z fare SFO-EWR roundtrips-- which had 10 minute schedule changes at one point since I booked them 8 weeks ago-- for free and rebook me yesterday, so that I could take advantage of the promo. The first 2 calls, I couldn't even get an agent to find the promo I'd signed up for, as there's not (AFAIK) a promo code on the email or signup page. 3rd call, I asked if paying the $200 change fee would create a new, eligible ticket for me... the agent proactively cancelled both of my existing tickets for free and rebooked me on the same flights on brand new tickets for free, so that I'd get my bonuses. Might be worth calling them a few times... conveniently, I was caught in traffic, so the opportunity cost of my time was quite low.
