3-Cabin Domestic P and Upgrade Mileage Earning

Just bought MSP-ORD-SFO in P, chose ORD-SFO on 3-cabin 777 and used RPU to upgrade to ON, after the upgrade the earning for ORD-SFO changed from 1.5 segments to 1. Is this just a glitch? Anyone else had this? I have the original receipt before upgrade which shows 1.5 segments earned since I did buy P/Business specifically for the extra PQM/PQD and to be able to upgrade to F.

Known brokenness... the RDM/PQM/PQD predictor is actually more broken than the old mileage indicator was. Never fix the bugs, just slop another "feature" on top.
