FlightAware goes back to Jan if logged in (which I think is free).
If you're looking for the tail # from a particular flight in Feb maybe the BTS site is a better bet (look under detailed statistics for the departure or arrival):

As for SkyWest - I fly on them quite a bit within CA, and have experienced nothing but competence and professionalism. Looks like a great job done by all!
