Best Business Class Option - DL or UA from NYC to LHR?
Need some advice,
EWR to LHR on United? 757 ? Is the business service good?
OR
JFK to LHR on Delta? 767 I believe.
Whats the better business seat?

Are you tall? As I recall the UA 57s BF seats tend to be a bit shorter than the others - which are already too short in my opinion. Some don't like the smaller cabin and feel cramped. Doesn't bother me much either way, but the short seats are not much fun if you're over 6'0".

Delta-coded options non-stop NYC-LHR (depending on date/day of week):
Virgin Atlantic-operated A346 or A333 EWR-LHR
2x DL 764 + 1x 763 (all lie-flat, aisle-access in Business) JFK-LHR
Virgin Atlantic-operated A346, A333, or 2x 744 JFK-LHR

DL for sure - all aisle access, proper widebody, better food, beverage, & service, better lounge (on the NYC side)

What about the AA 773 J seat (reverse herringbone)? All aisle access, arguably the best J seat of the bunch (many opinions on this), service tends to be better than UA and depending on the flight on par with DL, food may be the best of the 3 and at the very least on par with DL (and well ahead of UA IMO)

Take DL or Virgin, don't even consider Ghetto BUSINESSFIRST on United. Spend that money without regret on anyone other than UA over the pond.

BA LCY
One of the most intriguing options is BA JFK-LCY on its all-J A-318.
It's clearly not a widebody, but it's a premium business class service that drops you off right in the heart on London's financial district. This could be very useful depending on where you are ending up in London.
The specially modified A-318 only has 32 business class, so it's a pretty intimate experience.
On the return flight to JFK, the flight makes a stop at SNN (because of take-off weight restrictions at LCY), but passengers pre-clear U.S. customs there so that, when they arrive in NYC, it's like a domestic flight.

I fly this route quite frequently in J. Amongst the US carriers AA wins by a landslide (best seat, best catering, usually decent crews) with DL in second place and UA a very far distant third (cramped J seat, abysmal catering, awful EWR lounges, and very unpredictable crew).
