Doubt they will bring back SEA - NRT with the closure of the SEA FA base. Besides the JV with ANA pretty much has that route covered.

The two IAH-NRT flights are on 2-class 777 (sCO). So, the 3-class sUA on NRT-HNL is coming from somewhere else.

Depends on how you define 'covered'. If you mean the same way that ANA 'covers' BKK then you are wrong. Many SEA-based GS have switched to DL because the ANA flight does not count for GS.

Good point. But, it's easy to play musical chairs and throw that two class bird on current three class route

UA1/2 -- the 3x weekly second IAH-NRT flight -- is actually being operated by a 788.

well, both ORD-CDG and ORD-MUC are moving back to the 763. So there are two free birds that are now open.

(ORD-PEK also becomes 744 with ORD-FRA moving to the 772 x2)

I was able to get award tickets on NRT - IAH and SFO - HND... next weekend.

I hope they keep both flights on the long term or keep one for NRT and the second for HND. That could make more sense.

IAH-NRT cut back to once a day?

Checking flights for a March 2015 booking IAH-NRT, only getting one nonstop option. When did this happen? Did I miss it somewhere (didn't find any other threads). Tried Tokyo-All Airports as destination, made no difference.

But the flight UA1 is not for sale in any GDS and it doesn't show up on UA's mobile site, so I guess it's in the process of being cancelled.

I don't think the flight is scheduled to come back. That seemed to be a shadow from when they were getting the flight off the system.
