It was the United Mileage Plus Signature Visa card. If you had stayed on that card, I believe that you would still have the 5000 PQM for $35k spend on top of the 5000 PQM for $5000 spend on ual.com. I haven't reached the $35k level for the past couple of years as I moved most of my charges over to the Club card for the 1.5 RDM but I don't recall being notified that the $35k benefit was going away.

I still have the MP Select Visa Platinum - and I do not believe the T&Cs have changed around the bonuses. I still get bonus miles for restaurants, gas and grocery and get PQMs for purchases on UA.com (including TODs). I also received the 5k anniversary bonus. I have not spent $35K on the card in a year so I don't know about that bonus. I assume it is still good.

The United MileagePlus Visa Signature Platinum card (legacy) had 5000 EQMs for $5000 spend on United.com. If you spend $35k you also receive 5000 EQMs.

The MileagePlus Select card (legacy) also had 5000 EQMs for $5k spend on United.com and 5,000 RDM anniversary bonus. It does not have the benefit of spend $35k receive 5,000 EQMs unfortunately per the T&C.

I went back to an e-mail from United shortly after when I first got the Mileage Plus Select Visa in late 2010. I do not see any mention of a 5k RDM bonus for a $35k spend on the card.

I got the Select card in Sept. 2010, and this is what I get as well. Actually, I almost forgot about the 5,000 RDM anniversary bonus until it posted in sept. Never any mention on my application/benefits/T&Cs about a bonus for $35,000 spending/year.

Yes, it's the Plat card, and it's still good for 10k total PQM. Of course, terms can be modified at any time, but so far, so good. First year was especially nice, as you could get 15k PQM, but that was a one-time thing.

I don't remember there is such benefit on the Select card and thinking it must be the Platinum card. But anyway, this is the latest T&C of the Select card

Go to your chase account
On the Account Details page look for "See rewards details", select it
Now select "View rewards program rules and regulations"

It will detail the MP benefits of your card.

My card gets me 5000 EQM on $5000 spent on UA, and 5000 RDM anniversary bonus.

I have this card, it is one of those no longer offered but I am still getting the bonuses. I think it was called Platinum Select or something similar. And I did get the final (hopefully just for this year) EQM bonus when I passed 35k in spending.

I kept the card because it gives you a bonus for purchases on Star Alliance carriers and I don't need any of the benefits the other new cards offer. I really hope this card does not go away....

Yep. Just got my $35K bonus. Sadly it does nothing for me this year, but has in the past.

The card no longer carries the distinctive name, but is something like Platinum signature.

The Select card (just says Select not Platinum anywhere on the card) does NOT get a bonus at $35k spend. All else you say is correct plus I think 2x for home improvement stores like Home Depot

Question Chase MileagePlus Select Benefits

I know they don't offer this card anymore so I'm having a hard time finding reliable info online. I was told by a United Agent this card does not offer priority boarding. Is that a recent change? Didn't it used to offer priority boarding as a benefit?

Not offered anymore

old link

Did not offer "premier line-like" benefits.

Do you mean this card?

https://www.chase.com/online/Credit-...ewards-new.htm

I don't see anything about priority boarding as a benefit of this card.
