SQ awards can be booked online but SQ generally does does not release to its *A partners all routes or all cabins -- especially the more premium cases

Any ideas why united.com still cannot show any availability for SQ award flights?

For example, HKG-SIN

They claim it's an IT problem.

Curiously no problem for any of SQ's other partners.

Just me or are SQ flights now no longer being blocked by United (short haul within Asia)? This includes business class.

You're right! It appears to be back.

Will Silkair flights be available through MP awards , whenever they are officially integrated into SQ?

As I understand it, the plan is to get rid of the MI brand and operate everything as SQ. Assuming that's correct, I'd expect to see the flights appear as soon as partner award inventory starts to populate on the SQ codes for those flights. That's going to be up to SQ; I doubt UA or MileagePlus really play a role at all.

Great news. I rely on them for feeders to/from the UA ULH SFO-SIN

When will MI flights change to SQ? Is there a timetable?

No timetable - late 2020 is the earliest based on what I have read.

Yep, SQ awards are back!

However, I've noticed some oddities with pricing and errors, with the price in miles occasionally jumping during the final checkout page, as well as generic 'errors' during the booking process.

Compiled my reservation, along with an excursionist perk, on the UA app and it worked flawlessly and ticketed ^

I was able to book a SQ flight on UA Mileage Plus!

I wasn't expecting to see any SQ flights when I searched HND-SIN on my phone, but low and behold a SQ flight showed up (TWO)!

Booked and got the confirmation email from United.

Used the SQ confirmation number on SQ's website, and on their side it's showing the reservation has not been ticketed yet.

I'm afraid if I call UA, they'll just cancel the reservation.

I'm pretty sure if I call SQ, they'll just tell me to contact UA.

Thoughts?

It takes a little bit to confirm partner segments. So you need to wait a day or two and check back.

I see Economy at least for SIN-AKL bookable on SQ on a random date in November, perhaps it's back

Looks like the reservation has been confirmed on the SQ side.

I noticed on a LAX-MLE (LAX-TPE-SIN-MLE) it priced out as 140k saver instead of 85k. All of that route is in business except for the SIN-MLE portion which was SQ economy.
