2 questions RE: daypasses and reward refunds
Does UA still do systemwide daypasses like the presidents clubs used to do? In order to get my dork butt on the 787 in two weeks, I now have two long connections in IAH and LAX.
I am also booking some reward reservations and I want to snag the seats. Can I cancel a res within 24 hours and get miles and cash back without any fees or is their still a redeposit fee required?

award tickets (or purchased tickets) can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of booking without any fees
