That is not that unusual, while normally ticketing occurs a few minutes later, occasionally it can take hours (for all UA itin -- some tickets with partner segments can take longer). Some have been reporting longer delays for past week and today is worst.

Another first world problem, but my extra bag allowance (+1 bag, 50lb? I think) for being OZ *G isn't showing on my itinerary for some reason. Has anyone experienced this at all? It also won't let me change my FFP information for some reason. And when I navigate to the Prepay for bags menu, it's showing that I have 4 bags included in my ticket, yet the baggage calculator shows first and second bags at 70lbs each as *G.
I have no status on UA MP but I put my OZ Club number on my itinerary and when I email myself the receipt, it shows Star Alliance Gold next to my name.

Tried to call the GS line three times and they couldn't hear me. The back-up (non-800) number ended up working. Wonder if it's related to these technical issues...

Just spent about 3 hours going round and round trying to book flights for July using Future Flight credits. Finally got it all done after many tries while on hold for the Elite CS folks for an hour. I did get two pop up survey requests....at least it is done but what a pain.
