United cares about you, (CUSTOMER NAME)
What exact function does the SPECIFC DEPARTMENT play at United? Never dealt with them. Perhaps they were responsible for getting rid of Expert Mode...

An AA status match fax number, 3 preserved dinner "cheeseburgers", and a domestic f pillow (since we no longer need 'em for paying customers.

I'd auction the lettter on E-Bay. Give United the opportunity to buy back evidence of their incompetence.

Hopefully the employees responsible for re-fuelling the planes pay a little more attention to detail - I'd hate to be flying transpacific on a 747 loaded with (SPECIFC AMOUNT OF FUEL) gallons of jet fuel.

That is pretty sweet.
I once got an empty envelope from a firm I applied to after law school. Made me feel pretty special that they at least ponied up the postage.
