Automated phone call: Sched change requires immed. att'n. Agent: No changes.

Got an automated phone call from United about an hour ago telling me I had a schedule change for one of my flights next January requiring my "immediate attention."

Called 1K desk and they said the January itinerary was in tact. Also asked to check others-no issues.

I had never gotten a phone call about a schedule change before---usually would just have to check online each Saturday when new scheds are loaded.

Has anyone ever experienced this? I'm fine with the phone calls (though I'd prefer they'd email me as stated in my preferences)--but certainly not when they are inaccurate.
