I assume for your return you mean return home Sun July 22nd? Your time and price restraints will make the return trip on *A impossible.

Between price, schedule and alliance you can only pick 2.

Your return schedule requirement pretty much force you to go through Europe for *A flights

You can try Asiana, as that will fit your schedule. They do have 1am depature from hkg

How much is a one way? Those Chinese travel agents up in the NT find the most amazing fares. How much is a round trip to TPE on UA and a SEPERATE TPE-HKG return you can find on Kayak

I was assuming 7/22 before. With the new date. Korean air out of JFK will meet your price and schedule criteria.

Swiss at $2400 out of JFK will be the *A partner closes to your requirement.
