I'd start looking on garbage barges in the Hudson or the Gulf of Mexico

If a person with a old MP number wanted to find their new MP number there is a page on the website for that. This leads me to believe that if you call and give your current MP number, that it MAY be possible for MP CS to give you the old one too.

Other than that you could look for an old ticket stub? I always find them in book's I've stopped reading and pick up again.

Good luck.

If you've signed up for MileagePlus Dining with your old number, it should still be in there.

I think the OP doesn't want to call in.

OP - perhaps the MP statements on the website, if you print them out as pdfs?
